03. 100% Intellectual Property Transfer
We believe in client sovereignty. Upon final payment of any agreed service tier or project milestone:
- All final logos, vector brand identity files, typography kits, and style guides become 100% your exclusive intellectual property.
- All bespoke code, custom scripts, website themes, and deployment configurations created for your brand are transferred in full.
- You retain unrestricted commercial rights to publish, modify, monetize, or trademark all completed deliverables.
04. Content & Fair Use
All articles, educational guides, interactive calculators, frameworks, and tools published on PromptLagao are provided for informational and business growth purposes. You may cite or link to our research provided you include appropriate attribution and a link back to PromptLagao.com.
05. Limitation of Liability
